1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and strong product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product stories and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products, including add-on sales.
4. Maintain a welcoming client-focused environment and develop a local and international client book.
5. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team to benefit both the business and the client.
6. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates post-sales.
7. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.

1. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
3. Ambition to grow in luxury retail with a positive and kind attitude.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to develop lasting relationships.
5. Team-working attitude with a commitment to learning and flexibility.
6. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
7. Ability to work by objectives and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred experience of 2/3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.

University education or a Fashion school degree.
