1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Monitor daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and provide product recommendations and add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to enhance the retail experience.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
9. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues, benefiting both the business and the client.
10. Support back-office operations including product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and ensure products are packaged and wrapped to the highest standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital software.

A minimum of 3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques is required.

University education or a Fashion school degree is preferred.
