Christian Dior Sales Assistant

- Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
- Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
- Monitor daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify customer expectations and provide product recommendations and add-on sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to enhance the retail experience.
- Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
- University education or a Fashion school degree.
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital software.
