1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional retail experiences and go the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with management to benefit the business and the client.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in the fashion and luxury retail sector.

University degree or Fashion school degree.
