1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable retail experience.
5. Manage customer relationships, developing both local and international client books.
6. Resolve client issues in collaboration with the management team.
7. Contribute to back-office tasks such as product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
8. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and presentation of products.

1. Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a degree from a fashion school.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
