1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed knowledge of products and stories, enhancing customer experience.
3. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable retail experience.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling to foster strong client relationships.
6. Maintain a welcoming, client-focused environment in-store and through electronic communication.
7. Develop and manage a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
8. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues, ensuring mutual benefit for the business and client.
9. Support back-office operations including product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and ensure high standards of product packaging and presentation.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a degree from a fashion school.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Strong knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital software.
3. Ambition to grow within luxury retail, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and relationship-building.
5. Strong business acumen and passion for creativity and fashion.
6. Ability to work towards objectives and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques, demonstrating a strong understanding of products and sales techniques.

University education or a Fashion school degree is required.
