- Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
- Engage clients with detailed knowledge of products and stories, enhancing customer experience.
- Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable retail experience.
- Manage customer database and clienteling to foster strong client relationships.
- Maintain a welcoming, client-focused environment in-store and through electronic communication.
- Develop and manage a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues, ensuring mutual benefit for the business and client.
- Support back-office operations including product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
- Prepare deliveries and ensure high standards of product packaging and presentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
- University education or a degree from a fashion school.
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital software.
- Ambition to grow within luxury retail, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and relationship-building.
- Strong business acumen and passion for creativity and fashion.
- Ability to work towards objectives and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

University education or a Fashion school degree is required.
