1. Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients by sharing detailed stories and features of products.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional retail experiences, going the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming environment with best-in-class service across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
9. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues, benefiting both the business and the client.
10. Assist with product reception, quality control, and stock updates post-sales.
11. Prepare deliveries and ensure products are packaged and wrapped to brand standards.

1. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school diploma.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
