1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, providing best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients through extensive product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
6. Maintain boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Perform back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Possession of an internship agreement with a university.

1. Interest and preferably experience in retail and/or service fields.
2. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
3. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
4. Desire to develop a career in luxury retail.
5. Positive and kind attitude.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Team-working attitude.
8. Gentle communication and behavior with colleagues.
9. Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

No prior experience required, ideal for those beginning their career journey.

University education or a degree from a fashion school.
