1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Engage clients with product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Maintain boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and managing product displays.
7. Support back-office activities, including delivery preparation and product packaging.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
4. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
