Sales Assistant Internship

1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI).
2. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.
4. Learn stories of products and engage clients through product knowledge and details.
5. Problem-solving in partnership with the team to ensure client issues are resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.
6. Participate in the maintenance of the boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product exposition.
7. Perform back-office activities, including preparation of deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. Must have the possibility to have an internship agreement with the university.

1. English proficiency (C1-C2); other languages are a plus.
2. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
3. Desire to develop a career in luxury retail.
4. Positive and kind attitude.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Team-working attitude.
7. Gentle communication and behavior with colleagues.
8. Committed, flexible, and willing to learn.

No prior experience required.

University education or a fashion school degree.
