1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and developing top clients.
4. Learn and share stories of products, engaging clients through product knowledge and details.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
6. Participate in maintaining the boutique's order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Assist with back-office activities, including preparation of deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Possibility to have an Internship Agreement with a University

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field
2. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus
3. Knowledge of Office 360 and basic digital software
4. Desire to develop a career in luxury retail
5. Positive and kind attitude
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Team-working attitude
8. Gentle communication and behavior with colleagues
9. Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn

No prior experience required, but interest in retail and service is preferred.

University education or a Fashion school degree.
