1. Support the Store Manager and boutique team in achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, with the ability to recruit and cultivate top clients.
4. Engage clients through product knowledge and storytelling, enhancing their shopping experience.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues, ensuring outcomes benefit both the client and the business.
6. Participate in maintaining boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Assist with back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Possibility to have an Internship Agreement with the University.
2. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
3. University education or a fashion school degree.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Positive and kind attitude with a commitment to learning.
5. Team-working attitude and gentle communication with colleagues.

No prior experience required, but an interest in retail and/or service is preferred.

University education or a fashion school degree.
