1. Achieve and surpass individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with exceptional service in-person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing a local and international client book, recruiting and cultivating top clients.
4. Engage clients with product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Maintain boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Perform back-office tasks including delivery preparation and product packaging.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or service field.
2. Possession of or eligibility for an internship agreement with a university.

1. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
2. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Positive and kind attitude with a team-working spirit.
5. Commitment, flexibility, and eagerness to learn.

No prior experience required, but interest in retail and/or service is preferred.

University education or a degree from a fashion school.
