1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPI).
2. Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
3. Assist in developing local and international client book, recruiting and developing top clients.
4. Learn product stories and engage clients through product knowledge and details.
5. Problem-solve in partnership with the team to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business and the client.
6. Participate in the maintenance of the boutique order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product exposition.
7. Perform back-office activities, including preparation of deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or hospitality field.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. English proficiency (C1-C2); other languages are a plus.
4. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and other digital software.

University education or a fashion school degree.

Must have the possibility to have an internship agreement with the university.
