1. Support the Store Manager and boutique team in achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication.
3. Assist in developing and maintaining a local and international client book, with the ability to recruit and nurture top clients.
4. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting both the business and the client.
6. Participate in maintaining the boutique's order through cleaning, reorganizing, and controlling product displays.
7. Assist with back-office activities, including preparing deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Interest and preferably experience in the retail and/or hospitality field.
2. University education or a fashion school degree.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.

5. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software knowledge.

No prior experience required, though interest in retail or hospitality is preferred.
