1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling.
6. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment across all communication channels.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and oversee product packaging and wrapping.

1. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University degree or Fashion school qualification.
3. Fluency in Chinese (additional languages are advantageous).
