1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients by sharing detailed product knowledge and stories.
3. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable retail experience.
5. Manage customer databases and clienteling effectively.
6. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment across all communication channels.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
8. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues, ensuring mutual benefit.
9. Support back-office operations, including product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and ensure products are packaged and wrapped to brand standards.

1. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.

1. Strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
2. Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
4. Ambition to grow in luxury retail with a positive and adaptable attitude.
5. Excellent team-working and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage objectives and time in a fast-paced environment.
7. Empathy and an agile mindset for developing lasting client relationships.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector.

University degree or a degree from a Fashion school.
