1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional retail experiences and go the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare products for delivery, including packaging and wrapping.

1. Native Russian speaker with proficiency in English (C1-C2).
2. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
3. Knowledge of products and selling techniques.
