1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and provide tailored product advice and add-on sales.
5. Deliver an exceptional retail experience, going the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
9. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues, benefiting both the business and the client.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates post-sale.
11. Prepare deliveries and manage product packaging and wrapping.

1. Native proficiency in Russian and advanced proficiency in English (C1-C2).
2. 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
3. University education or a Fashion school degree.
4. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software knowledge.

A minimum of 3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques is required.

University education or a Fashion school degree is preferred.
