Christian Dior Sales Assistant (Apprenticeship)

1. Act as a brand ambassador within a Paris boutique, delivering a refined client reception and personalised service.
2. Identify customer needs, provide product advice and guide clients through the buying journey to achieve sales objectives.
3. Execute and follow up on transactions, ensuring accuracy in sales documentation and client records.
4. Develop client relationships and contribute to loyalty-building through exemplary clienteling and after‑sales care.
5. Support inventory and stock management activities, including receiving, replenishment and basic stock control.
6. Participate in merchandising and visual presentation to uphold the House’s aesthetic and commercial standards.
7. Learn retail operations and collaborate with the boutique team to maintain operational excellence throughout the apprenticeship.

1. Currently enrolled in a commercial, retail or business diploma program and eligible for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract.
2. Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for client contact and luxury service.
4. Availability to commence the apprenticeship at the end of August 2026.
5. Knowledge of an additional language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is a plus.

Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required. Previous customer‑facing or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
