Christian Dior Sales Assistant (Alternance)

1. Act as the boutique ambassador, welcoming clients and representing Dior’s brand values in person.
2. Advise clients, identify needs and offer tailored product recommendations to drive sales and client satisfaction.
3. Execute sales transactions and follow up on orders, returns and client requests to ensure a seamless customer journey.
4. Develop client relationships to encourage retention and loyalty through attentive service and personalised interactions.
5. Support inventory processes and stock management, including replenishment and basic stock control tasks.
6. Contribute to visual merchandising activities to maintain boutique presentation and reflect seasonal directives.

1. Currently enrolled in a commercial/business programme and eligible for an alternance (work‑study) contract.
2. Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
3. Knowledge of a third language (Chinese, Russian or Arabic) is a strong advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, a polished client‑facing manner and genuine interest in luxury retail.
5. Available to begin the alternance from late August 2026.

Enrolled in a commercial/business degree, BTS, DUT or other vocational programme compatible with a work‑study (alternance) contract.
