1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Christian Dior Couture's history and heritage.
2. Welcome clients as a brand ambassador and demonstrate extensive knowledge of collections.
3. Propose and sell pieces across all departments.
4. Monitor key sales indicators for the boutique and personal client portfolio.
5. Ensure client well-being in-store and offer personalized, unforgettable experiences.
6. Proactively find solutions for discerning clientele.
7. Provide expert advice on pieces suited to clients' desires, personalities, and physiques.
8. Stay attuned to trends to propose suitable looks for clients.
9. Maintain client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty.
10. Acquire and retain new clients both nationally and internationally.
11. Apply CRM techniques to ensure client data integrity using internal tools.
12. Participate in stock organization and maintenance.
13. Possess thorough knowledge of stock and reserve pieces to meet client expectations efficiently.
14. Contribute to process improvements and store performance enhancements.

1. Strong service orientation and understanding of international clientele needs.
2. Dynamic, initiative-driven, autonomous, and willing with excellent presentation.
3. Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
4. Result-oriented and motivated by a dynamic and challenging environment.
5. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly appreciated.
