1. Develop a strong knowledge of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
2. Welcome clients as a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent knowledge of collections.
3. Propose and sell pieces across all departments.
4. Monitor key sales indicators for the boutique and personal client portfolio.
5. Ensure client well-being in-store and offer a personalized, memorable, and surprising experience.
6. Provide expert advice to clients, suggesting pieces that match their desires, personality, and morphology.
7. Stay attuned to trends to propose suitable looks for clients.
8. Maintain client relationships to create lasting connections.
9. Acquire and retain new clients both nationally and internationally.
10. Apply CRM techniques to ensure client data management through internal tools.
11. Participate in stock organization and maintain its condition.
12. Have comprehensive knowledge of stock and reserve items to efficiently meet client expectations.
13. Propose improvements to store processes and performance.

4. Excellent presentation and interest in the luxury and fashion industry.

1. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly appreciated.
2. Exemplary behavior embodying the values of the Maison.

Minimum 3 years of experience.
