1. Develop a strong knowledge of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
2. Welcome clients as a brand ambassador and demonstrate excellent knowledge of collections.
3. Propose and sell pieces across all departments.
4. Monitor key sales indicators for the store and personal client portfolio.
5. Ensure client well-being in-store and offer a personalized, unforgettable experience.
6. Provide expert advice to clients, suggesting pieces that match their desires, personality, and physique.
7. Stay informed about trends to propose suitable looks for clients.
8. Maintain client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
9. Acquire and retain new clients both nationally and internationally.
10. Apply CRM techniques to manage client data using internal tools.
11. Participate in stock organization and ensure its proper maintenance.
12. Have comprehensive knowledge of stock and reserve pieces to meet client expectations efficiently.
13. Propose improvements for store processes and performance.

1. Strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills with an international clientele.
2. Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and well-presented.
3. Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
4. Result-oriented and motivated to thrive in a challenging environment.

1. Fluent in French and English.
2. Proficiency in a third language, Mandarin or Russian, is mandatory.
3. Exemplary behavior embodying the values of the Maison.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
