- Assist the Commercial Planning & Distribution team with daily and recurring tasks related to global distribution and sales administration of products.
- Oversee operational management of orders, invoicing, and logistics across Christian Dior Couture's proprietary boutiques and multi-brand retailers worldwide.
- Ensure timely availability of products in Christian Dior Couture boutiques by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Input orders, instruct warehouses on order preparation, invoicing, and delivery.
- Organize returns to the warehouse and manage credit issuance as needed.
- Coordinate stock transfers between boutiques and manage stock exchange requests across different regions.
- Provide transportation instructions according to internal procedures and track merchandise shipments.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and team to implement new tools and consider value-driven evolutions for Christian Dior Couture.
- Higher education degree (Bac +4/5) from an engineering or business school.
- Initial experience (internship, apprenticeship) in retail.
- Proficiency in information systems and data handling (Excel, Power BI); knowledge of ERP systems (M3, SAP) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English in a professional context.
- Demonstrates rigor and dynamism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and adaptability.
- Reliability, meticulousness, and adaptability with a desire to contribute beyond direct responsibilities.
Entry-level experience, ideally with prior exposure to the retail sector through internships or apprenticeships.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
