- Monitor compliance with local and global safety regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Audit facility practices to ensure compliance with company programs and global occupational safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and recommend corrective actions for identified safety violations.
- Support the maintenance of the Safety Program by evaluating risk assessments and identifying potential hazards while developing contingency plans.
- Respond to safety incidents, report in accordance with company policy, and conduct investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct safety-related training programs to ensure co-workers' readiness and managers' competence in co-worker safety.
- Measure and evaluate the performance and condition of safety equipment regularly to ensure employee safety and accident prevention.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in safety consulting or related fields.
- Experience in risk assessment and implementing preventative measures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual communication skills in Korean and English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in safety consulting or related fields, with a focus on risk assessment and preventative measures.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
