1. Monitor compliance with local and global safety regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes.
2. Audit facility practices to ensure compliance with company programs and global occupational safety regulations.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and recommend corrective actions for any identified safety violations.
4. Support the maintenance of the Safety Program by evaluating risk assessments and identifying potential hazards while developing contingency plans.
5. Respond to safety incidents, report as appropriate in accordance with company policy, and conduct investigations to determine root causes and complete appropriate corrective actions.
6. Conduct safety-related training programs to ensure co-workers’ readiness and managers’ competence in co-worker safety.
7. Measure and evaluate the performance and condition of safety equipment regularly to ensure the safety of employees and prevent accidents.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in safety consulting or related fields.
3. Experience in risk assessment and implementing preventative measures.
4. Certification as a Certified Safety Professional or equivalent is preferred.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
3. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Proficiency in both Korean and English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in safety consulting or related fields.
