1. Support the maintenance of the Safety Program by evaluating risk assessments and identifying potential hazards while developing contingency plans.
2. Monitor compliance with local and global safety regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and recommend corrective actions for any identified safety violations.
4. Respond to safety incidents, report in accordance with company policy, and conduct investigations to determine root causes and complete appropriate corrective actions.
5. Support the conduct of safety-related training programs to ensure co-workers' readiness and managers' competence in the area of co-worker safety.
6. Measure and evaluate the performance and condition of safety equipment regularly to ensure the safety of employees and prevent accidents.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficient communication skills in both Korean and English.
2. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in safety coordination or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
