Christian Dior Safety Coordinator

1. Support the maintenance of the Safety Program by evaluating risk assessments and identifying potential hazards while developing a contingency plan.
2. Monitor compliance with local and global safety regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes.
3. Conduct site inspections regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards and recommend corrective actions for any identified safety violations.
4. Respond to safety incidents, report as appropriate in accordance with company policy, and conduct investigations to determine root causes and complete appropriate corrective actions.
5. Support the conduct of safety-related training programs to ensure co-workers’ readiness and managers' competence in the area of co-worker safety.
6. Measure and evaluate the performance and condition of safety equipment on a regular basis to ensure the safety of employees and prevent accidents.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

1. Communication skills in both Korean and English.
2. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable solutions.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
