1. Map the supply chain from tier 1 to tier 2 and coordinate with the Industrial Audit Team for planning and executing social audits at suppliers.
2. Consolidate data from audit reports and analyze them to identify supplier compliance KPIs.
3. Monitor supplier performance through specific KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Analyze data related to finished product quality and create ad hoc reports.
5. Collaborate in creating a vendor rating model and a vendor performance dashboard.
6. Onboard suppliers regarding the Maison's standards to ensure an ethical and eco-sustainable supply chain.
7. Analyze supply chain processes and promote initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles focused on Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement within a production environment.

1. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to draft clear and comprehensive reports.
3. Familiarity with production dynamics in the textile/apparel sector is preferred.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
5. Proficiency in English and/or French.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis and continuous improvement roles within a production setting is required.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
