Christian Dior RTW Vendor Performance and Continuous Improvement Specialist

- Map the supply chain from tier 1 to tier 2 and coordinate with the Industrial Audit Team for planning and executing social audits at suppliers.
- Consolidate data from audit reports and analyze them to identify supplier compliance KPIs.
- Monitor supplier performance through specific KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze data related to finished product quality and create ad hoc reports.
- Collaborate in creating a vendor rating model and a vendor performance dashboard.
- Onboard suppliers regarding the Maison's standards to ensure an ethical and eco-sustainable supply chain.
- Analyze supply chain processes and promote initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles focused on Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement within a production environment.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to draft clear and comprehensive reports.
- Familiarity with production dynamics in the textile/apparel sector is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively both independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in English and/or French.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis and continuous improvement roles within a production setting is required.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
