1. Create and design training materials adhering to departmental standards.
2. Assist in planning and organizing training events, providing on-site support.
3. Support styling shoots related to collection launches, including extended hours.
4. Maintain a log of training samples and manage inter-departmental loans.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, shipping, and vendor coordination.
6. Conduct research to fulfill departmental needs.
7. Utilize reporting tools to support training initiatives.
8. Generate reports for the internal E-learning App.

1. Full-time availability for a 12-month program.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
2. Preferred knowledge of Fashion GPS and Adobe programs.
3. Strong creative and graphic design abilities.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
