- Create and design training materials in alignment with departmental standards.
- Assist in the planning and organization of training events, providing on-site support.
- Support styling shoots related to collection launches, including extended hours.
- Maintain a log of training samples and oversee inter-departmental loans.
- Manage departmental administrative tasks such as scheduling, shipping, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct research to support departmental needs.
- Utilize reporting tools to support training activities, including sell-through reports and merchandising tools.
- Generate reports to facilitate the use of the internal E-learning App.
- Availability for a full-time, 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, with occasional weekend work.
- Minimum of 6 months of prior experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Fashion GPS and Adobe programs, including Photoshop and InDesign, is preferred.
- Creative abilities and graphic design skills are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field is required.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
