1. Design blended learning tools for the Women's Division (Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Shoes, and Accessories) for trainers.
2. Monitor the performance of training tools and consolidate field feedback to optimize future developments.
3. Conduct competitive analysis to enrich training content and stay innovative in blended learning design.
4. Support the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects in collaboration with the Training Manager.
5. Manage inventory of ready-to-wear and accessory pieces.
6. Organize operational logistics for training seminars and distribute training documents internationally.
7. Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams featuring the latest fashion news.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, fashion school, or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.

1. Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
2. Creativity with a strong aesthetic sense and fashion sensitivity.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.

Entry-level experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, fashion, or a related field.
