1. Design blended learning tools for women's fashion expertise, including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories, to be used by trainers.
2. Monitor the performance of training tools and consolidate feedback to optimize future developments.
3. Conduct competitive analysis and research new training pedagogies to innovate training programs.
4. Support the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects in collaboration with the Retail Training Manager.
5. Manage inventory of Ready-to-Wear and accessory pieces.
6. Organize training seminars and coordinate the distribution of training materials internationally.
7. Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams featuring the latest fashion updates.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, fashion, or university program.
2. Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Creativity with a keen fashion sense and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop is highly valued.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, fashion, or related field.
