- Design blended learning tools for women's fashion expertise, including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Accessories, to be used by trainers.
- Monitor the performance of training tools and consolidate feedback to optimize future developments.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research new training pedagogies to innovate training programs.
- Support the creation and deployment of special and cross-functional projects in collaboration with the Retail Training Manager.
- Manage inventory of Ready-to-Wear and accessory pieces.
- Organize training seminars and coordinate the distribution of training materials internationally.
- Develop a weekly newsletter for sales teams featuring the latest fashion updates.
- Currently enrolled in a business, fashion, or university program.
- Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing within the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Creativity with a keen fashion sense and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop is highly valued.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, fashion, or related field.
The internship offers a comprehensive learning experience in a high-fashion environment, providing exposure to the codes and culture of a French Haute Couture House. The intern will gain significant experience in the luxury sector and have the opportunity to apply and deepen their skills.
