- Plan and manage comprehensive training programs related to the Men's universe.
- Conduct and facilitate classroom, remote, in-store, and on-field training sessions.
- Coach and develop boutique staff to enhance customer service skills.
- Manage and operate the Men's Fashion Stylist community.
- Coordinate and communicate with headquarters, various departments, and store management.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the DIOR Client Experience.
- Identify improvements in Client Experience through Mystery Shopping and NPS program analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion or luxury brand industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the training field.
- Fluency in Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong selling knowledge and skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for training material preparation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
