1. Plan and manage comprehensive training programs related to the Men's universe.
2. Conduct and facilitate classroom, remote, in-store, and on-field training sessions.
3. Coach and develop boutique staff to enhance customer service skills.
4. Manage and operate the Men's Fashion Stylist community.
5. Coordinate and communicate with HQ, other departments, and store management.
6. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
7. Contribute to the enhancement of the Dior Client Experience.
8. Identify improvement points in Client Experience using Mystery Shopping and NPS programs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury brands.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the training field.
3. Fluency in Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
