1. Maintain the highest standards of store maintenance and retail operations.
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge of sales systems, cash handling, credit, and exchange procedures.
3. Motivate and support the sales team by being present on the shop floor.
4. Act as a liaison between the team and management.
5. Assist in training staff on product knowledge.
6. Effectively integrate and guide new team members.
7. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and commitment.
8. Understand daily and weekly store sales targets and information.
9. Handle customer complaints efficiently, involving management when necessary.
10. Achieve personal sales targets.
11. Exhibit product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
12. Provide exceptional customer service and build client loyalty through a personalized shopping experience.
13. Maximize sales potential through cross-selling and achieving individual and departmental sales goals.
14. Follow stock management procedures and support inventory control.

1. Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Strong initiative and commercial acumen with a passion for fashion.
3. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
