1. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including calendar coordination, preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
2. Organize and maintain departmental digital assets on platforms such as SharePoint and Teams.
3. Manage administrative aspects of the retail uniform program, including allocation tracking, order processing, and boutique communication and distribution.
4. Track and analyze boutique, regional, and system performance data, focusing on compliance, inventory accuracy, and audit-related reporting.
5. Conduct boutique visits to gather operational feedback and assess SOP adherence, identifying areas for improvement.
6. Identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities from data and field observations to inform operational updates.
7. Analyze and present data to support actionable insights that drive leadership decision-making and operational enhancements.
8. Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and digital content for Retail Excellence training and new store openings.
9. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and departmental projects, including scheduling, material preparation, participant communication, and support.
10. Contribute to various departmental goals by assisting with tasks and smaller projects.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
2. Availability to work full-time from July 2026 through July 2027, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.

1. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent follow-through practices and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
4. Proficient time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
5. Quick learning ability and retention of processes.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, Outlook).
7. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Beginner level with at least 6 months of relevant experience.

The appointed candidate will receive a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
