1. Contribute to the creation of solutions to enhance efficiency in Retail Operations in collaboration with various departments such as Supply, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising, Dior Academy, Audit, and IT.
2. Identify and disseminate best practices in stores to the international Retail Operations community.
3. Develop and distribute newsletters on innovations delivered to markets and stores.
4. Monitor projects from implementation to team training, collecting feedback and improvement requests.
5. Identify and resolve issues affecting project launch and deployment.
6. Conduct training sessions for retail teams.
7. Assist in identifying new operational initiatives for retail.

1. Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Management, Business, or Engineering.
2. Curious, proactive, and strategic thinker with a strong team focus and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Organized, methodical, and rigorous with a positive attitude.
4. Ability to find global optimization solutions beyond the first possible option.

1. Experience in a retail environment, either in a boutique or headquarters, is appreciated.
2. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Power BI proficiency is a plus.
3. Fluency in French and English.

Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to a retail environment.

Pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Management, Business, or Engineering.
