1. Assist in the implementation of the new onboarding initiative for retail teams.
2. Adapt the onboarding process to enhance relevance and effectiveness.
3. Communicate and follow up on tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders to teams.
4. Ensure employees are integrated with necessary tools and programs.
5. Create content for onboarding training, including PowerPoint decks and digital tools for the LMS platform.
6. Innovate ideas and tools to enhance the retail new hire experience.
7. Collaborate with external vendors to develop creative solutions for tool usage.
8. Monitor boutique training tools utilization to ensure accountability.
9. Maintain the onboarding space within the internal retail app.
10. Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, training logistics, and vendor management.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.

1. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent follow-through practices and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
5. Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.
6. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
7. Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
