1. Create and design training and onboarding materials in alignment with departmental standards.
2. Assist in organizing training and onboarding events, including styling shoots for collection launches, with on-site support as needed.
3. Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations, digital content, and launch decks for onboarding and training initiatives.
4. Ensure effective communication and follow-up on tasks, updates, and reminders to teams.
5. Innovate and implement ideas to enhance the onboarding experience for new retail hires, collaborating with external vendors.
6. Generate reports and monitor the utilization of training tools, LMS engagement, and e-learning usage.
7. Oversee the onboarding and training spaces within the internal retail app.
8. Manage administrative tasks such as calendar management, training logistics, vendor coordination, and sample tracking.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
2. Availability for a full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook).
4. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.

3. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
4. Effective time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
5. Quick learner with the ability to retain processes.

Beginner level experience with at least 6 months in a relevant field.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
