Christian Dior Retail Merchandising Manager - Men's Accessories

- Lead the performance management of the Men's Jewelry and Textile Accessories categories, focusing on growth and sell-through objectives.
- Develop strong partnerships between the Men's Business Unit and regional zones, ensuring effective communication and strategy implementation.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Marketing, and other departments to optimize product launches and assortment strategies.
- Monitor key business indicators such as sales and sell-through rates, and implement tailored action plans with regional teams.
- Ensure price positioning balance in various currencies, adjusting strategies based on market and competitive analysis.
- Define assortment and clustering strategies for collections, coordinating with regional buyers.
- Organize and manage showrooms, estimating volumes and assisting in central pre-purchases.
- Drive meetings with regional buyers to review assortments and quantities, ensuring alignment with market needs and OTB constraints.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent, with a focus on Merchandising, Luxury Fashion Management, or Retail and Wholesale.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail merchandising or buying roles within the luxury fashion industry, with a strong expertise in accessories.
- Strong team spirit and initiative, with a passion for fashion and market trends.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse teams and cultures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Proven experience in team management and direct interaction with top management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with PowerBi and Anaplan is advantageous.
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail merchandising or buying roles within the luxury fashion industry, with a strong expertise in accessories.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
