Christian Dior Retail Merchandising Manager - Men's Accessories

- Lead the performance management of the Men's Jewelry and Textile Accessories categories, focusing on growth and sell-through objectives.
- Develop strong partnerships between the Men's Business Unit and regional teams, ensuring effective communication and strategy implementation.
- Coordinate collection cadence with cross-category themes and animations, ensuring seamless collaboration with Supply teams.
- Manage pricing strategies in various currencies, monitoring market trends and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to align product strategies across categories.
- Contribute to collection briefs by analyzing current season sales, conducting competitive analysis, and synthesizing regional needs.
- Monitor key business indicators, implement action plans, and optimize product launches in collaboration with related departments.
- Define assortment and clustering strategies, constructing purchase strategies by cluster and region for each collection.
- Organize and manage showrooms, estimating total volumes and assisting in central pre-purchases.
- Conduct meetings with regional buyers, adjusting category balances and validating quantities per reference by region.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail merchandising or buying within the fashion or luxury industry, with a strong focus on accessories.
- Proven team management experience and direct interaction with top management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and knowledge of PowerBi and Anaplan is advantageous.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach and a passion for fashion trends and market competition.
A minimum of 10 years in retail merchandising or buying roles, ideally in a central or regional capacity within the fashion or luxury industry, with a focus on accessories.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
