1. Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
2. Assist in setting and tracking sales goals for Sales Associates.
3. Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
4. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
5. Facilitate communication between management and associates.
6. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
7. Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
8. Oversee department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and recordkeeping procedures.
10. Lock and secure the store, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
