1. Support the boutique team in all areas of luxury retail operations.
2. Act as an ambassador for Maison Christian Dior, ensuring a welcoming client-focused environment.
3. Assist the boutique team with operational tasks.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service, including gift wrapping, packing, and stock organization.
5. Ensure an excellent customer experience during boutique visits.
6. Address special needs and wishes of clients.
