1. Implement performance KPIs for boutiques by setting monthly sales targets, conducting accurate analysis, and developing action plans.
2. Analyze sales trends and consumer insights to drive sales performance and communicate proactively with business stakeholders.
3. Provide detailed analysis of market trends and competitors to ensure competitive market positioning across the network.
4. Build strong collaborations with boutique management to enhance business understanding and ensure achievement of performance KPIs and sales targets through regular boutique visits.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives.
6. Develop and manage global retail excellence projects to enhance customer experience and optimize sales performance.
7. Monitor and manage the incentive scheme, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance to actual trends.
8. Maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure smooth boutique operations.
9. Plan and implement the annual kick-off meeting and necessary training for retail reporting.
10. Proactively support various boutique events, including openings and in-store animations.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
2. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and effectively cross-functionally.
3. Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Fluency in English and Korean.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
