- Implement performance KPIs for boutiques by setting monthly sales targets, conducting accurate analysis, and developing action plans.
- Analyze sales trends and consumer insights to drive sales performance and communicate proactively with business stakeholders.
- Provide detailed analysis of market trends and competitors to ensure competitive market positioning across the network.
- Build strong collaborations with boutique management to elevate business understanding and ensure achievement of performance KPIs and sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and manage global retail excellence projects to enhance customer experience and optimize sales performance.
- Monitor and ensure the incentive scheme is well-managed and effectively paid out by reviewing its impact and relevance to actual trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure smooth boutique operations.
- Plan and implement the annual kick-off meeting and necessary training for retail reporting.
- Proactively support various boutique events such as openings and in-store animations.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
