Christian Dior Retail Excellence Intern

- Support deployment and follow-up of retail digital tools and client experience initiatives (clienteling app, retail BI, Net Promoter Score, Mystery Shopping) across ASPAC markets.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse retail performance and KPI data (with emphasis on beauty consultant productivity) to feed regional incentive programmes and internal reporting.
- Coordinate rollout tracking and progress updates for retail projects and the regional retail digitalisation roadmap; liaise with International Retail Excellence and local markets on project status.
- Assist in preparation and production of Retail Quarterly Newsletter and presentation materials for kick-offs, quarterly and monthly Retail Excellence meetings; maintain the Retail Excellence orientation deck.
- Organise Regional Retail Excellence seminars and trainings: develop training content for the Retail Curriculum, manage participant logistics and accommodation, source and order seminar gifts through vendors.
- Manage retail administration tasks including annual ordering and dispatch of certificates/trophies for regional contests and supporting vendor creation processes for new suppliers.
- Facilitate knowledge capture by recording local market best practices during regional meetings and consolidating shared insights for broader distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in data science, business management or a related field with a focus on analytics or digital development.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to retail performance data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural matrix environment; strong organisation, agility and problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to retail, merchandising performance or finance is a plus.

Entry-level / internship position. Previous experience or internship in retail operations, merchandising analysis or finance is advantageous but not required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (data science, business management or related field with emphasis on analytics or digital development).
