1. Develop an event strategy as part of the marketing plan aligned with overall objectives.
2. Collaborate with retail, client development, and merchandising teams to identify target audiences and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Create innovative event concepts in collaboration with Paris HQ that embody the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.
4. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality.
5. Source, select, and manage a network of high-quality vendors and build strong relationships with key partners.
6. Lead and motivate the team, including vendors and partners, to ensure seamless event execution.
7. Evaluate event success based on KPIs, gather feedback, and generate reports to inform future strategies.
8. Oversee logistical aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring flawless execution and anticipating potential challenges.

1. Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably within the luxury goods or services industry.
2. Fluency in both English and Japanese.
3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
