- Develop an event strategy as part of the marketing plan aligned with overall objectives.
- Collaborate with retail, client development, and merchandising teams to identify target audiences and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create innovative event concepts in collaboration with Paris HQ that embody the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Source, select, and manage a network of high-quality vendors and build strong relationships with key partners.
- Lead and motivate the team, including vendors and partners, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Evaluate event success based on KPIs, gather feedback, and generate reports to inform future strategies.
- Oversee logistical aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring flawless execution and anticipating potential challenges.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably within the luxury goods or services industry.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and its target audience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate quickly changing environments.
