Christian Dior Retail Communications Trainee

- Support the Manager in executing communication flow and creating weekly newsletters.
- Facilitate communication with teams following established workflows.
- Collaborate with corporate teams such as Merchandising, Training, and HR.
- Maintain the retail capacity calendar and internal Retail Directory.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational projects.
- Manage communication tools for boutiques, ensuring effective task updates and alerts.
- Provide training to specific users as needed.
- Monitor the functionality of the internal retail website and coordinate content creation with teams.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Background in Retail, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.
At least 6 months of prior experience in Retail, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Operations, preferably within a luxury environment.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
