1. Support communication flow and execution of retail excellence initiatives.
2. Create and publish the weekly newsletter.
3. Communicate information to teams following set workflow and cadence.
4. Partner with key corporate teams such as Merchandising, Training, Clienteling, VM, HR, and Events.
5. Maintain retail capacity calendar and internal Retail Directory.
6. Support ad-hoc operations projects.
7. Manage communication tools for boutiques, including knowledge and maintenance.
8. Provide effective communication of tasks, updates, alerts, and reminders.
9. Provide training to specific users/teams as needed.
10. Monitor functionality and teams’ access to the internal retail website.
11. Partner with corporate and retail teams to create specific content.

1. Full-time, 12-month program.
2. Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
3. At least 6 months of prior experience.

1. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Excellent follow-through practices.
3. Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Sense of urgency and ability to work independently and proactively.
5. Strong time management skills and prioritization.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook).
7. Ability to learn quickly and retain processes.

Background in Retail, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Operations, preferably in a Luxury environment.

$20 per hour.
