1. Develop and present regional merchandising strategies to Paris HQ and local markets.
2. Define product mix for each market within the men's category.
3. Prepare seasonal open-to-buy plans in collaboration with the Supply Chain Department.
4. Attend seasonal buying sessions in Paris to curate merchandise assortments.
5. Align sales forecasts with the Supply Chain Department for seasonal and permanent products.
6. Coordinate category-related issues between Paris HQ, countries, and boutiques.
7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies.
8. Manage product lifecycle from buying to delivery, ensuring timely launches.
9. Optimize inventory levels and propose end-of-season discounts.
10. Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to drive business results.
11. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising on product launches and boutique remerchandising.
12. Liaise with the PR department to align brand image promotion with product plans.
13. Organize and conduct product training sessions for boutique staff.
14. Lead and develop the merchandising team, fostering a collaborative environment.

1. University degree in a related discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury goods merchandising.

1. Strong analytical skills with a strategic decision-making track record.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Excellent people management and coaching skills.
4. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the merchandising of luxury goods or related industries is required.

University degree in a related discipline.
