1. Engage in the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing.
2. Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure precise and timely financial reporting across full financial statements.
3. Prepare analyses and presentations to highlight opportunities or risks for management decision-making.
4. Support the Open to Buy (OTB) process by partnering with Sales Planning and Merchandising teams to manage inventory effectively.
5. Review and assist with investment proposals and assess the effectiveness of investments, coordinating with Paris for SOP validation.
6. Co-lead the controlling function in the region, providing analysis and recommendations to achieve regional objectives.
7. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost synergies and efficiency.
8. Ensure consistent reporting and accounting practices across markets, and train and develop local finance teams.
9. Collaborate with markets on compliance topics, including regulatory, tax, audit, and reporting requirements.
10. Foster a culture of sharing, transparency, and business partnering within the finance community at market and regional levels.

1. Finance or Accounting qualifications or an MBA

1. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
4. Possess a can-do attitude with strong commitment

A minimum of 10 years of experience in multinational companies, with relevant experience in the Retail or FMCG industry being advantageous.

Finance or Accounting qualifications or an MBA
