1. Actively participate in recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices across various departments.
2. Identify specific needs for each internship or apprenticeship position.
3. Recruit top talents in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
4. Proactively define sourcing channels and develop recruitment strategies to meet volume and quality demands.
5. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for young talents and operational managers.
6. Present potential candidates to managers with conviction.
7. Handle administrative integration of candidates via Core HR and coordinate with payroll services.
8. Participate in evaluations of young talents and organize end-of-internship reviews to identify promising individuals.
9. Contribute to the transformation of interns into a talent pool.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR role (internship or apprenticeship).

2. Autonomy, proactivity, and strong proposal skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication.
4. Perseverance, reactivity, and adaptability.
5. Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Proficiency in Windows Office Suite.

Entry-level experience with a minimum of 6 months in a Human Resources role, either through an internship or apprenticeship.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
