1. Participate actively in recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices across all departments.
2. Identify specific needs for each internship/apprenticeship position.
3. Recruit top talents aligned with the company's ambitions.
4. Define sourcing channels and develop strategies to meet recruitment volume and standards.
5. Provide an excellent candidate experience for young talents and operational managers.
6. Present future talents convincingly to managers.
7. Handle administrative integration of candidates and liaise with the payroll department.
8. Participate in evaluations of young talents and organize end-of-internship reviews to identify promising talents.
9. Contribute to the transformation of interns by creating talent pools.

1. Student at Bac+4/5 level from a business school or university with a specialization in HR.
2. First experience of 6 months in an HR role (internship or apprenticeship).

2. Autonomy, proactivity, and initiative.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication.
4. Perseverance, reactivity, and adaptability.
5. Fluent in French and comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
6. Proficient in Windows Office Suite.

Beginner

Student at Bac+4/5 level from a business school or university with a specialization in HR.
